Polenta Fine White Our Fine White Polenta is white cornmeal that is finely ground. Fine Polenta cooks much faster than regular coarse polenta. Polenta is often used in Italian cooking to make porridge or mush and it can be baked fried grilled and more! To prepare: Boil 5 cups of water or stock. Slowly whisk in 1 cup polenta. Cook until thick 3-5 minutes then reduce heat and simmer until soft 30-45 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. For firmer polenta reduce stock to 4 cups. Pour into loaf pan and chill at least 2 hours. Slice and serve as desired!
